Te Whare o Rēhia Ōtaki Toy Library is a non-profit organisation run by a voluntary committee with support from our members and their families.
We offer over 350 toys for hire from as little as 50c a fortnight. Guaranteed to delight, entertain and engage children of all ages.
Early play is part of a child's first steps towards their education and development. Our range of safe, educational, fun toys and resources are carefully chosen to inspire and promote creative and active play for children in New Zealand.
Our toy library collection is regularly updated with new toys and resources. We have puzzles, games, Duplo, train sets, electronic toys, ride-ons, musical instruments, themed sets, outdoor toys and much more... suitable for children aged 0 - 8 years old.
We aim to keep the toy library affordable. Find out about a membership fees on the Membership tab.
Our toys range from 50c - $5 for a two-week hirel. As well our main toy selection, we have special Party Items, which includes two bouncy castles. Check out the Party tab for more information.
